This Chocolate Raspberry Mousse is a classic French dessert, that it’ll make happy all chocolate lovers. So rich and fluffy, yet light and creamy with a taste of raspberry. Just with a few ingredients you can make a restaurant-style dessert.
This is the greatest temptation that I could face myself. Since I am a chocolate lover, is hard for me to feel satisfied with just one pot. It’s so delicious, that I always want more…oh sorry, not just delicious, but also beautiful. Look at that treat!
Since I had raspberry at home, I included it in the recipe, and let me tell you, that was the best decision. You’ll have a mixture of chocolate and raspberry, which will give you a terrific flavor and creamy texture.
No need to bake and no need to stand in your kitchen for hours. Easy and quick to make with just a few ingredients. You need a little time – around 30 minutes – of resting in the refrigerator before serving, but the result will prove that it’s worth the time.
