Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup almond milk or any milk for your choice
  • 2 tsp collagen + matcha powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or any sweetener you like
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ cup oats
  • strawberry for topping

Instructions
 

  • Combine almond milk, maple syrup, matcha powder, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Add oats and salt to the mixture, and stir them until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a mason jar (or any cup) and cover it. Then put it overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Consume it right after waking up with extra toppings. I used strawberries, granola, and cashew nuts. (on photos above)
