Collagen Matcha Overnight Oats
If you are a fan of matcha like me, this Matcha Overnight Oats will be your favorite choice for breakfast. Easy, quick to make, and super nutritious for your first meal of the day. It literally, takes 5 minutes to prep the night before, and it's ready to enjoy right after you wake up.

¾ cup almond milk or any milk for your choice 2 tsp collagen + matcha powder ½ tsp vanilla extract 2 tsp maple syrup or any sweetener you like pinch of salt ½ cup oats strawberry for topping
Combine almond milk, maple syrup, matcha powder, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Add oats and salt to the mixture, and stir them until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a mason jar (or any cup) and cover it. Then put it overnight in the refrigerator.
Consume it right after waking up with extra toppings. I used strawberries, granola, and cashew nuts. (on photos above)
