Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice optional
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave-safe mug, place your dry ingredients and whisk them together until well blended.
  • Add your milk ( with the chocolate chip if desired) into the mug and stir them well, to obtain a smooth mixture. Sprinkle chocolate chip if you want on the top.
  • Place it in a center of the microwave, and microwave for 60 to 90 seconds or until the mug cake rises to the top of the mug. Make sure after 30 seconds you check on your mug cake to not over microwave it.
  • Wait 30 to 1 minute before serving because it might be hot. Enjoy!

Notes

  1. When the protein powder is sweet I don't add extra sweetener to it. The sugar that the protein powder has gives enough sweetness for the mug cake.
