The Masters' Egg Salad Tea Sandwiches are a must to try if you are at The Masters Tournament. But thankfully, I have the iconic egg salad recipe you can make at home with ease. So quick, easy, and tastes just like the original one.
In a medium-sized saucepan, add water and eggs. Leave the pot uncovered, and turn the heat to high. From the moment the water comes to a boil, let the eggs cook for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes of cooking the eggs, run cold water over the eggs for 30 seconds.
Peel the eggs gently.
Making The Egg Salad
Mash the eggs as well as you can with a fork, then add all the ingredients on top of the eggs.
Combine all the ingredients very well.
Cutting the Bread
Start cutting the bread with a small round cookie cutter for tea sandwiches, or cut the bread for your desire. (There is not really a rule over here.) Avoid cutting the crust.
Spread on the sliced bread and top with another slice.
