Equipment

  • 9' Oven Safe Round Baking Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Palmini Lasagna Noodles
  • 2 cups Meat Sauce
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400℉.
  • Make the meat sauce ahead, and prepare all the ingredients. Shred the cheeses. (if you have to).
  • Take out the Palmini Noodles from the packet and rinse them, then put them aside.

Assemble the Lasagna

  • Add half of the meat sauce on the bottom.
  • Add a layer of palmini noodles.
  • The next one is the ricotta.
  • Then mozzarella. (you can add some salt and black pepper on top of the mozzarella)
  • Add the rest of the meat sauce.
  • Sprinkle with the shredded parmesan cheese.
  • On the top add the rest of the mozzarella cheese. (You can add more, if you like it with extra cheese.)
  • Sprinkle some fresh basil and fresh parsley on the top.
  • Bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
