1 packet Palmini Lasagna Noodles 2 cups Meat Sauce 1 cup Ricotta cheese 2½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded 1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper 1 tbsp fresh parsley 1 tbsp fresh basil
Preheat oven to 400℉.
Make the meat sauce ahead, and prepare all the ingredients. Shred the cheeses. (if you have to).
Take out the Palmini Noodles from the packet and rinse them, then put them aside.
Assemble the Lasagna Add half of the meat sauce on the bottom.
Add a layer of palmini noodles.
The next one is the ricotta.
Then mozzarella. (you can add some salt and black pepper on top of the mozzarella)
Add the rest of the meat sauce.
Sprinkle with the shredded parmesan cheese.
On the top add the rest of the mozzarella cheese. (You can add more, if you like it with extra cheese.)
Sprinkle some fresh basil and fresh parsley on the top.
Bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
