  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or any
  • cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp ground flaxseed
  • pinch of salt
  • strawberries

  • Before going to bed, mix all the ingredients in a small bowl (except strawberries).
  • Place it in a refrigerator overnight.
