For Sauce 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar Wine 5 tbsp Soy Sauce ½ tsp Sesame Oil pinch of White Ground Pepper pinch of Ground Ginger ½ tsp Garlic minced Ground Beef Stir-Fry 1 tbsp sesame oil ½ large onion 3 cloves of garlic 2 large carrots 2 cups broccoli pinch of salt pinch of black pepper
In a small bowl, add all ingredients for the sauce and whisk until well blended. Set aside.
Add a sprinkle of sesame oil to a large skillet, and set to medium-high.
Sautee onions and minced garlic until translucent. Add a pinch of salt.
Add ground beef and cook until slightly browned. Mixing and crumbling up the ground beef as it cooks.
Add in the wok broccoli and carrots, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Stir fry until is soft yet crunchy.
When ground beef it's done place it in the wok to stir-fry.
Pour the sauce mixture into the wok, on top of the ground beef and veggies, and stir together.
Add additional soy sauce if needed.
Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions. Or both.
Best served with white rice.
