Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon steaks
  • ½ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ¼ cup cilantro freshly chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes or cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 400℉.
  • In a mixing bowl whisk ½ cup lime juice, olive oil, water, cilantro, garlic, onion powder, chili flakes, ground cumin, and salt.
  • Arrange the salmon in a center of the baking sheet and then pour the mixture on top of the salmon.
  • Bake it for 10 to 15 minutes until it has a beautiful golden color.
  • Best served immediately with salad, and/or rice side dish.

Notes

  1. If you have Mexican Tajin Seasoning at home, you can use it as an alternative. It has similar (almost the same) ingredients that I use for my Salmon Steaks today.
