This Chili Lime Mexican Salmon Recipe is simple to make yet looks luxurious. Poured with seasoned chili-lime sauce will make it deliciously fresh and tender. These salmon steaks will be your best Mexican taste-like experience.
In a mixing bowl whisk ½ cup lime juice, olive oil, water, cilantro, garlic, onion powder, chili flakes, ground cumin, and salt.
Arrange the salmon in a center of the baking sheet and then pour the mixture on top of the salmon.
Bake it for 10 to 15 minutes until it has a beautiful golden color.
Best served immediately with salad, and/or rice side dish.
Notes
If you have Mexican Tajin Seasoning at home, you can use it as an alternative. It has similar (almost the same) ingredients that I use for my Salmon Steaks today.
