Instructions
In a medium saucepot combine heavy cream, milk, and sugar, whisking well to combine.
Place over medium heat and bring to a slight boil, then remove from heat.
Whisk in gelatin until fully dissolved and nicely smooth and slightly thick.
Divide white cream amongst each small glass or small bowl. Leave space for the pomegranate glaze later.
Set the panna cotta in the refrigerator to chill overnight or for at least 1 hour.
Pomegranate Glaze
Place a large saute pan over medium heat and add in the sugar and Pomegranate juice.
Bring it to a boil until it reduces to a consistency of sticky syrup.
Let it cool down.
Then pour the pomegranate glaze on the Panna Cotta.
Garnish with chocolate cubes or curls, and pomegranate arils. Serve immediately.
