Pumpkin Quaker Oatmeal
What is the easiest healthy breakfast that you can make every morning, Monday through Friday? Ready just in 15 minutes and you'll be ready to start the day full of energy? Pumpkin Quaker Oatmeal with maple syrup is one of my favorite healthy breakfast choice all for these reasons.

4 packes Quaker Maple & Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal ½ cup pumpkin puree 1 tsp pumpkin spice ¼ cup raw can sugar 1½ cups 1% milk pinch of salt 2 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup optional a handful of almonds optional
Stovetop Directions In a saucepan, combine quaker oats, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, 1% milk, raw can sugar, and salt.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer, and cook over a gentle boil for 7-8 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand for 3 to 4 minutes.
Place quaker oatmeal in your serving bowl, top with almonds, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Serve immediately.
Microwave Directions In a microwave-safe bowl combine quaker oats, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, 1% milk, raw can sugar, and salt.
Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes; stir again.
Adjust milk for desired consistency.
Top with almonds, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
