Pesto Veggie Pasta Recipe is a creamy, delicious dish made with the almond pesto recipe. Broccoli and peas make this beautiful dish unique and so inviting.
Add the pasta into a pot of boiling salted water, and cook until is well cooked. Drain the pasta cooking water. Reserve 1 cup of the boiling water for later.
Meanwhile, cook the broccoli and peas in boiling water for 2-3 mins or until bright green and tender. Drain well.
Add the pesto to a heated pan.
Add the pasta and reserved cooking water and toss to combine. Add broccoli and peas to the mixture.
Serve the dish with Parmesan on top.
