Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chicken breast
  • ½ white onion
  • ½ orange bell pepper red and green pepper also a good choice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp Vegeta Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Goya Seasoning
  • Bread Dough
  • ½ cup tomate sauce
  • cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • egg wash

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to the chicken and mix them together. Let the chicken rest with the seasoning at least for 10 minutes in the fridge.
  • Cook the onions till they are just translucent then add the shredded chicken breasts. Add salt, black pepper, oregano, Vegeta Seasoning, Goya seasoning, and fresh mashed garlic.
  • Cook chicken breasts until are tender then add tomato sauce and a little water (for a juicy and creamy ending). Then add the Parmesan cheese.
  • Cook it for 4-5 minutes more then let it cool down.

Assembling the Bread

  • After the dough has risen, roll the dough ball into a rectangular shape.
  • Put your cooled chicken filling in the middle of the rectangle and cut diagonal slits on the longer sides of the rectangle.
  • Fold over the slits in a criss-cross style, and neatly folding at the end.
  • In the end, you can egg wash and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Place the bread on a baking tray and bake it at 400F for about 15- 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
