Bread Dough
½cuptomate sauce
⅓cupParmesan Cheese
1tbspolive oil

Instructions
Add all the ingredients to the chicken and mix them together. Let the chicken rest with the seasoning at least for 10 minutes in the fridge.
Cook the onions till they are just translucent then add the shredded chicken breasts. Add salt, black pepper, oregano, Vegeta Seasoning, Goya seasoning, and fresh mashed garlic.
Cook chicken breasts until are tender then add tomato sauce and a little water (for a juicy and creamy ending). Then add the Parmesan cheese.
Cook it for 4-5 minutes more then let it cool down.
Assembling the Bread
After the dough has risen, roll the dough ball into a rectangular shape.
Put your cooled chicken filling in the middle of the rectangle and cut diagonal slits on the longer sides of the rectangle.
Fold over the slits in a criss-cross style, and neatly folding at the end.
In the end, you can egg wash and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Place the bread on a baking tray and bake it at 400F for about 15- 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
