The easiest broccoli lunch that even kids will like. Super Delicious and quick to make. Perfect lunch for Vegetarians and of course, for broccoli lovers.
Bring a medium-sized pot of salted water to a boiland add the broccoli and cook them just until they are soft and tender.
On a cutting board, cut them into very small pieces.
Combine the chopped broccoli, eggs, parmesan cheese, flour, paprika and oregano and garlic together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then stir until well combined.
Then fry them (or bake them) for 2 to 3 minutes side to side.
